“Clarity is often elusive as I get caught up in the thinking and can’t find a way out.

Izette provided me with techniques that I could turn to, in order to help me find my way out.

I have also gone back to doing something I was a firm believer of in the past – trusting the universe, a higher power, God, that the circumstances of my current situation were there for a reason. This allowed me to stop focusing on not wanting to be where I was, and focus on how I could make the most of where I was in preparation for what was to come.
